Simple Multiplication problems in Algebra

Multiplication and Algebra is one among the major components in mathematics. Before i show you the examples on multiplication problems in algebra.. let me help you understand whats is Multiplication and Algebra.

Definition of Algebra:-
Algebra is one of the important category in mathematics where letters other symbols are used to represent unknown numbers. A branch of mathematics in which signs, usually letters of the alphabet, represent numbers or members of a specified set and are used to represent quantity and to say general relationships that hold for all members of the set. Here we are going to see both multiplication algebra.

Definition of Multiplication:-
The process of repeating, or adding to itself, any given number or quantity a certain number of times; commonly, the process of ascertaining by a briefer computation the result of such repeated additions; also, the rule by which the operation is performed; -- the reverse of division.

Problems on Multiplication Problems in Algebra:-

Problem -
Tania invites 12 friends to her birthday party. He gives 4 cake pieces to each friend. How many cake pieces did she distribute?

Solution:

Step 1: Tania distributes 4 cakes pieces to one friend.
Step 2: Tania invites 12 friends
Step 3: Now we need to multiply 12*4=48.
Step 3: Finally Tania distribute 48 piece of cakes.
Step 4: So the answer is 48 cake pieces.
